The Ten County Mathematics Educators Association is pleased to announce our 36th Annual One Day Spring Conference scheduled for Saturday, March 10, 2012. The theme for this year’s conference is “Bridging Yesterday and Today with Tomorrow”. It will be held at the Tappan Zee High School in Orangeburg, New York.

Teachers, graduate students and supervisors from the Hudson and Catskill regions will be invited to attend. The conference represents an excellent opportunity for you to display materials and publications of interest to this group of educators.

The conference will be held from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In response to your suggestions, we have scheduled three exclusive times throughout the day for viewing vendor exhibits, as well as between conference sessions.

Fees for exhibitor tables are outlined in the attached “Vendor Form.” If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity to market your products and services, please complete this form and return it to me along with a check made payable to Ten County Mathematics Conference.
